Worldwide Prepaid Wireless Roaming | Unauthorized Roamer Access | No-Hide GPS Tracking

Worldwide Prepaid Wireless Roaming

Xium's Worldwide Prepaid Wireless Service (WPWS) offers a fully integrated wireless solution that complements the post paid roaming that a carrier has already established.   WPWS provides a carrier with the ability to offer the most comprehensive, "world class" international prepaid service available in the market today.

The Xium WPWS service monitors a subscriber in home and foreign markets. Xium will monitor usage and make ensure that a   subscriber's charges do not exceed specified thresholds. With the WPWS service, a carrier can pre-authorize a post-paid subscriber to make calls up to a preset limit or establish a pre-paid roaming account for any subscriber.   Whether it's prepaid or post-paid, the service operates in virtually the same manner.   Xium's WPWS service requires no special software in a carrier's switching center or in any of the roaming partners switching centers

Unauthorized Roamer Access(Credit Card Roaming)

Unauthorized Roamer Access (URA) provides the carrier with the capability to allow every wireless subscriber the ability to make and receive calls; whether they subscribe to monthly service or not.   URA eliminates missed revenue opportunities by allowing the unauthorized roamers to complete calls normally missed with the added feature of opening a temporary prepaid account allowing multiple calls from a single credit card validation process. Increased revenue combined with a simple low cost implementation process makes URA an effective, state of the art method for unauthorized roamers.

Xium's Unauthorized Roamer Access service operates for any analog, TDMA, CDMA compatible handset capable of accessing a carriers' network. In addition, Xium will shortly offer a GSM version.   The unauthorized subscriber may be a roamer from a market without a "Roaming Agreement" in place or a local subscriber without an active account.   When the unauthorized handset attempts to place a call, the call will be redirected to the Xium Interactive Voice Response (IVR) platform. The IVR will determine the handset's Mobile Identification Number and Electronic Serial Number (MIN/ESN) then announce to the caller the option to use a credit card, U.S. calling, collect call or establish a temporary prepaid account. At this point, the IVR will collect credit card information and other information required to place a call. The IVR will forward the information to the Service Control Point Interface Server (SCPIS) to validate the credit card. If approved the subscriber will have the option to immediately dial a call or if the temporary prepaid account option was selected, call back to originate additional calls within the preset usage limits. Once each call is completed, Xium's URA will debit the credit card or temporary prepaid account with the time used and produce the necessary settlement reports.

No-Hide GPS Tracking

The Xium No-Hide GPS Tracking Service comprises of a GPS GeoDisc, Internet mapping software, two 12 Volt output leads and an optional external USB port.   The GeoDisc looks like a wireless device on a cellular network.   Longitude and latitude data is embedded in messages and sent to Xium's application servers which are available over the Internet to any subscriber application.

The No-Hide Service is ideal for tracking vehicles, machinery, people, school buses or shipments.   The GeoDisc's two 12 volt output leads can be utilized to perform virtually any task such as unlocking car doors, enabling and disabling ignitions, control lights and activating anti-theft measures.
